Getting Started

The magic link in your welcome email expires after a set period, so we recommend completing your onboarding as soon as you receive it.

The error message will look like the image below:

If your link has expired, don’t worry—you can reset your password and get started right away.

Follow the steps below to log in:

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Head to https://vso.alectro.io

Step 2: Click "Create a password or Forgot your password?"

From here, enter your work email address (the one you received the initial email to) and click Continue.

Step 3: Check your email inbox

You'll receive an email with the subject line Reset your password from Virtual Sustainability Officer .

Click the link in the email to reset your password.

Step 4: Set the password and login

Set your password, and login as normal.
